About the Team
Nilesh Ukey - Founder
Nilesh Ukey is an IIT Roorkee graduate, with over 16 years of leadership and client service experience across technology, healthcare, fintech, insurance, and e-commerce, he has built and scaled technology solutions that create measurable impact. Previously, he founded Nickelfox Technologies, where he helped build technology solutions for global clients and led teams delivering impactful digital products.
He is also an angel investor in purpose-driven startups and an advocate for critical thinking and social awareness. Through his initiative Curious Titans, he promotes reading and reflective thinking across age groups.
Debolena Bose - Co-Founder
Debolena Bose brings expertise in marketing, product strategy, and digital growth. She has previously worked with PwC and Nickelfox, where she helped shape brand positioning, go-to-market strategies, and client engagement for technology-driven products and services.

Tushar Jaiswal - Advisor
Tushar Jaiswal is an advisor to Bodhi Sight, bringing experience in technology strategy, product development, and scaling digital platforms. He advises the team on technology architecture, product thinking, and building solutions that are both scalable and aligned with evolving industry needs.
